小暑 Caldo leggero / Small summer

 小暑 Xiǎoshǔ Caldo leggero / Small summer

Nel calendario lunisolare 小暑 (Xiǎoshǔ) "Caldo leggero"  è l'undicesimo dei 24 termini solari, il quinto di quelli estivi, segue quello di 夏至  (Xiàzhì) "Solstizio d'Estate". Inizia quando il Sole raggiunge il 105° grado di longitudine e termina quando raggiunge il 135° grado.  Quest’anno inizia il 7 luglio e termina il 22.
In the Lunisolar calendar 小暑 (Xiǎoshǔ) "Small summer" is the eleventh of the 24 solar terms, the fifth of the Summer solar terms, follows the 夏至 (Xiàzhì) "Summer Solstice". It begins when the Sun reaches the 105th degree of longitude and ends when it reaches the 135th. This year begins July 7th and ends on 22nd.




Secondo i 72 Annali: "... l'estate, compe pure il caldo, è diviso nella dimensione del calore, a partire da piccole, medie e grandi dimensioni, questo periodo è ancora poco caldo." "Shǔ" significa caldo, indica l'inizio della stagione calda, ma non il periodo più caldo, la maggior parte del paese è in linea con questa visione. 
According to the 72 Annals: "... the summer, as well as the heat, is divided into the size of the heat, starting from small, medium and large, this period is still not very hot." "Shǔ" means warm, indicates the beginning of the hot season, but not the warmest time, most of the country is in line with this vision.


 “小暑大暑,上蒸下煮” 
“Caldo leggero, caldo forte, cotto a  vapore”/"Light hot, strong warm, steam-cooked"

Pur non essendo la stagione più calda dell'anno, seguendo poi la stagione del grande calore, 大暑 "Dàshǔ", si dice che le persone subiscono “小暑大暑,上蒸下煮” (“caldo leggero, caldo forte, cotto a  vapore”). A causa dell’abbondante sudorazione in aggiunta ad uno sforzo superiore, la gente non può ignorare il mantenimento del corpo.

 江淮 流域 ”Jiānghuái liúyù” 

In questo momento nella zona dei fiumi Yangze e Huaihe la stagione delle piogge 江淮流域 ”Jiānghuái liúyù” volge al termine, è iniziata l'estate con l'aumento delle temperature e delle siccità del periodo; nella Cina del Nord e Nord-Orientale è entrata la stagione delle piogge, i cicloni tropicali sono frequenti e tendono ad aumentare. Nel periodo 小暑 Caldo leggero il Sud dovrebbe prestare attenzione alla siccità mentre il nord agli allagamenti. Le colture in tutto il paese sono entrate  in una fase di forte crescita, di qui la necessità di rafforzare la gestione dei campi. Le previsioni del tempo relative a 江淮 流域 ”Jiānghuái liúyù” spesso si riferiscono alle aree a nord del fiume Yangtze e a sud del fiume Huaihe.

“其帝炎帝,其神祝融” 
"il loro imperatore è l’Imperatore Yan, il loro dio è il Dio del Vulcano." / "their emperor is the Emperor Yan, their god is the God of the Volcano."



伏日”Fú rì”  “Giornata  del caldo estivo”  - dicevano gli antichi: ”Fú”  significa “隐伏避盛暑”significa: "nascosto per evitare piena estate". La festa del 伏日”Fú rì”  era celebrata  già prima della dinastia Qin.  Si legge nei libri antichi che 伏日”Fú rì”  è la festa di 其帝炎帝其神祝融 "il loro imperatore è l’Imperatore Yan, il loro dio è il Dio del Vulcano." L’Imperatore Yan,  secondo la leggenda è il Dio del Sole, il Vulcano è il pronipote del Dio del Fuoco. Leggenda narra che l’Imperatore Yan abbia chiesto al Sole di emette abbastanza luce e calore per crescere il grano in modo che il genere umano non abbia da preoccuparsi per il cibo e per vestirsi.  Le persone per ringraziarlo per il suo merito  lo ricordano nel periodo più caldo. Pertanto, v'è il culto del伏日祭祀 "Offerta alla festa del  Fú rì” .
"Fú rì" "Day of summer heat" - said the ancients: "Fú" means "隐伏 盛暑" means: "hidden to avoid full summer." The feast of "Fú rì" was celebrated already before the Qin dynasty. It is read in ancient books that "Fú rì" is the feast of " 炎帝, 祝融" "their emperor is the Emperor Yan, their god is the God of the Volcano."
