处暑 Fine dell'Estate 2022 / End of Summer in 2022

 

Nel calendario lunisolare 处暑 (Chùshǔ) "Fine della calura"  è il quattordicesimo dei 24 termini solari, il secondo di quelli autunnali, segue quello di 立秋 (Lìqiū) " Inizio autunno". Inizia quando il Sole raggiunge il 165° grado di longitudine e termina quando raggiunge il 180° grado.  Quest’anno inizia il 23 agosto e termina il 6 settembre.
In the Lunisolar calendar处暑 (Chùshǔ) "End of the Great Hot" is the fourteenth of the 24 solar terms, the second of the Autumn solar terms, follows the立秋 (Lìqiū) "Beginning of Autumn". It begins when the Sun reaches the 165th degree of longitude and ends when it reaches the 180th. This year begins on August 23rd and ends on September 6th.

 

七十二候 (Qīshí'èr hòu) I 72 Annali / The 72 Annals

Secondo Il libro 七十二候 (combinazione di astronomia, meteorologia, fenologia della conoscenza della Cina per guidare le attività agricole sulla base del calendario), ci troviamo a metà del settimo mese del calendario tradizionale, è il periodo della fine del clima estivo.

Based on the 七十二候, (China's first combination of astronomy, meteorology, phenology of knowledge to guide the calendar of agricultural activities), we are at the middle of the seventh month of  the traditional calendar, the end of the Summer hot.

 

Dopo l'estate, oltre alla Cina meridionale e la regione sud-occidentale, nella maggior parte della Cina la stagione delle piogge sta per finire, le precipitazioni gradualmente si riducono, è il momento del raccolto del riso maturo. Soprattutto nel nord, nord-est e nord-ovest della Cina occorre cogliere l'acqua, l'umidità del suolo, per evitare la siccità durante l'autunno quando arriva il momento della semina delle colture invernali.

After the summer, in addition to southern China and the southwestern region, most of the rainy season is about to end, gradually falling precipitation, is the time of ripe rice harvest. Especially in the north, northeastern and northwest China, it is necessary to seize the water, soil moisture, to avoid drought during the autumn when the time of winter crops arrives.

 

Non è sufficiente descrivere il fenomeno con l'abbassamento della temperatura. Le ragioni che stanno dietro a questo fenomeno sono:

1) il punto diretto del sole che proseguire verso sud, le radiazioni solari indebolite,

2) l'alta pressione subtropicale in tutto il sud sta per ritirarsi,

3) in Mongolia l'alta pressione fredda ha messo il piede nella  porta. 

It is not enough to describe the phenomenon by temperature lowering. The reasons behind this phenomenon are: 1) the direct sunshine to the south, the weakened solar radiation, 2) the high subtropical pressure throughout the south is about to retreat, 3) the high pressure in Mongolia where the cold began to put the foot ahead.

 

一场秋雨(风)一场寒

Dicevano gli antichi: "一场秋雨(风)一场寒"(la pioggia (vento) autunnale porta freddo). 

A nord del fiume Yangtze nella regione del fiume Yangtze, potrebbe esserci un processo di precipitazione più accentuata. La temperatura è scesa in modo significativo, aumentando la differenza di temperatura tra giorno e notte Le persone spesso fanno fatica ad adattarsi ai cambiamenti e facilmente riscontrano problemi alle vie respiratorie, gastroenteriti,  e altre malattie dovute al freddo. 

Ancients said: "一场 秋雨 (风) 一场 寒" (the autumn rain (wind) brings cold). To the north of the Yangtze River in the Yangtze River region, there may be a bigger precipitation process. The temperature has dropped significantly, increasing the temperature difference between day and night, after rain in the sky, in summer and in autumn people are often struggling to adapt to the temperature changes and easily encounter problems in the respiratory system, gastroenteritis and other illnesses due to cold.

 

Per festeggiare 处暑, i cinesi conservano molte antiche tradizioni, tra i quali accendere delle lanterne e lasciarle galleggiare sul fiume, per sconfiggere i fantasmi dei morti.
To celebrate 处暑, the Chinese enjoy many ancient traditions, including lighting lanterns and letting them float on the river to defeat the ghosts of the dead.

 

Chǔshǔ è un termine solare con il significato di "transizione"; l'estate va verso il cielo e la terra si raffredda. Il mondo è sfuggito al caldo e sta aspettato che torni di nuovo il fresco. Tutto cessa di crescere selvaggiamente e matura i suoi veri colori. Il mondo torna ad essere fresco e tutto si rilassa. La vita è un lungo viaggio e ci saranno sempre dei periodi di transizione. Non importa quanto sia colmo di ideali, prima o poi si arriva al collo di bottiglia. Quando c’è riunione, ci sarà anche separazione. C'è un grande sogno nel mondo e la vita è stata bella per diverse volte. La "transizione" non è la fine, ma l'inizio del nuovo.

Chǔshǔ is a solar term with the meaning of "transition"; summer goes to heaven and the earth cools. The world has escaped the heat and is waiting for the cool to return again. Everything ceases to grow wild and matures its true colors. The world becomes fresh again and everything relaxes. Life is a long journey and there will always be periods of transition. No matter how full of ideals it is, sooner or later it comes to the bottleneck. When there is reunion, there will also be separation. There is a great dream in the world and life has been beautiful several times. The "transition" is not the end, but the beginning of the new..

 

“留得残荷听雨声” 

"Il loto rimasto ascolta la pioggia"

Il loto residuo nello stagno usa il suono della pioggia per mantenere la temperatura estiva rimanente. Dato che ricerca costantemente la vita e l'amore, non è disposta ad essere splendida come i fiori estivi. Ma non importa quanto sia profondo l'amore, dopo una pioggia e un'altra ogni cuore del mondo verrà lavato come lava l'acqua dell'autunno.

Le persone dicono “Guarda le nuvole nel periodo del 处暑”perché sanno che la fine dell’estate non significa solo guardare le foglie cadere; è anche l’espressione con cui ci si augura di incontrare la benevolenza del cielo.
