立春 Inizio della primavera / Beginning of spring

“L’inizio di primavera” è uno dei segmenti astronomici in cui è diviso l’anno solare cinese. Quest’anno cade il 3 febbraio, cioè oggi.

A partire dalla Dinastia Qing “L’inizio di primavera” viene considerata di fatto l’inizio della stagione primaverile.

Questo giorno segna l’inizio dell’aumento della temperatura e dà indicazioni per i lavori agricoli. 

In seno alla terra l’erba nuova tenta di uscire mentre aspetta che arrivi  “春风吹又生” (“Chūnfēng chuī yòu shēng”) “Soffia la brezza primaverile e tutto si risveglia” .

Le teste dei germogli sono “嫩于金色软于丝” (“nèn yú jīnsè ruǎn yú sī”) “teneri, color oro su tessuto di seta”.

Nongyan ricorda ai contadini che: “立春雨水到，早起晚睡觉” (“Lìchūn yǔshuǐ dào, zǎo qǐ wǎn shuìjiào”): “E’ arrivata la pioggia dell’inizio della primavera, bisogna alzarsi presto e coricarsi tardi”.

"The beginning of spring" is one of the astronomical segments in which the Chinese calendar year is divided. This year it falls on February 3, that is, today.
Since the Qing Dynasty "The beginning of spring" is considered in fact the beginning of the spring season.
This day marks the increase of temperature and gives indications for farm work.
Within the earth the new grass tries to get out while waiting for "春 风吹 又 生" ("Chūnfēng chuī yòu shēng") "blows the spring breeze and everything is awakening."
The heads of the shoots are "嫩 于 金色 软 于 丝" ("nèn yú jīnsè ruǎn yú sī") "soft, golden color on silk fabric".
Nongyan reminds farmers that "立春 雨水 到, 早起 晚 睡觉" ("Lìchūn yǔshuǐ dào, zǎo qǐ wǎn shuìjiào"): "The rain of the beginning of spring arrived, get up early and go to bed late."
